Game of Thrones came to a brutal end this year as the final battles for Winterfell and Westeros brought the show’s main characters to their knees.
One of the biggest fights was the one which involved both the living, and the dead – the battle against the Night King (played by Vladimir Furdik).
However, after much tension and worry, the final blow was eventually made by Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) who snuck up on the warlock and stabbed him.
While no one can have any complaints about her actions in that episode, fans on Reddit have been pointing out an apparently annoying fact about the assassin’s actions in previous seasons.
The dedicated fan was not happy that Arya previously killed Petyr Baelish (Aidan Gillen), and then put her weapon away still covered in blood.
Redditor eagle332288 recently posted: “Clean your damn blade!
“There’s one thing recently that got my attention. The last episode of season 7, Arya slashes Baelish’s throat. Blood everywhere naturally. Those arteries to the head have high pressure!
“Still holding her dripping blade, she looks down briefly and puts it nicely back in its sheath with a small sound effect… blood and all.”
As if this wasn’t bad enough, the viewer then went on to point out a similar thing occurred with Grey Worm (Jacob Anderson) back in season seven.
The fan continued: “Also in season seven, Greyworm DOUBLE KILLS those two masters on the hill while Daenerys is burning the fleet.
“Pretty cool. Pretty slick. Just a single move. Mr. Worm takes a step back from his flashy deed, looks down briefly and puts the blade nicely back in its sheath with a small sound effect… blood and all.”
Another fan agreed: “That was something that bothered me a handful of times throughout the show.”
While another suggested: “We do see Arya cleaning and honing Needle so maybe it is a Valyrian steel thing. Doesn’t explain Greyworm though, he doesn’t have Valyrian steel.”
This wasn’t the only blunder of the season, as many people began pointing out a rogue coffee cup during the feast in Winterfell castle.
And originally, Sansa Stark star Sophie Turner blamed Emilia Clarke for the hiccup – but she soon changed her mind.
Speaking on Conan O’Brien recently, she explained: “The coffee cup was where Kit [Harington’s] chair was.
“First I blamed it on Emilia – but I don’t think Emilia would do that.
“Kit is lazy, and I think he would have done that. It was in front of Kit’s chair and then obviously he moved and this picture was taken and it looked like it was in my seat, but I wasn’t there.”
